After using my GPS guide me to his house, I saw a consider big swarm of Apis Florea making a hive on his Curry Leaf tree. I set up the ladder borrowed from the kind owner. It took me about 30 min to locate the Apis Florea queen and then catch it in my queen cage. I can’t use my ordinary queen cage and I use my queen rearing hair comb cage.
I then put the queen cage into my mini wooden box, and later the scout found the queen and then they all went into the wooden box.
Then I cut the curry leaf tree branch and tie it with cable tie and secure it inside the wooden box. Then all the bees seem calm and relax in the box. Then I secure the lid of the wooden box and then drive them back to my home.
Next day morning I drive them to my farm, let them stay in my bee farm. But after stay in the wooden box for about 2 months, they moved out whole family to another place. Anyhow I hope they found a better place and nicer location. (actually Apis Florea don’t used to be stay inside a box, I’m just testing see whether they can be tame n stay inside a box.)
